A Quick Heads-Up About Product Changes

Beginning October 5, Ohio cannabis regulations are changing, including new potency and package limits for certain adult-use products. Under the new requirements:

• Edibles: Maximum 10mg THC per serving and 100mg THC per package
• Cannabis beverages: Maximum 10mg THC per beverage container

That means some of the products or sizes you're used to seeing may change or may no longer be available for adult-use purchase. This is a state regulatory change rather than a change we're making at The Botanist. Some higher-dose products may still be available to medical patients, depending on the product.
