All Canton dispensary customers must show a valid, government-issued photo ID. Patients must also bring their Ohio Medical Card, either on their smartphone or as a printed copy.
For First Time Patients, you must complete a Patient Intake Form.
Please note: Patients will only receive an electronic card from the Medical Marijuana Control Program. Physical cards will not be mailed.
What payment methods are accepted?
The Canton dispensary accepts debit, cash, and Dutchie’s Pay-by-Bank at all of our Ohio dispensary locations. For your convenience, there’s also an ATM on-site.

Can I use my medical marijuana card from another state?

Can I bring anyone with me to your Canton dispensary?
Unfortunately, no. Only registered patients, caregivers, and adults 21+ are permitted to enter the dispensary.
What is the legal limit for purchasing cannabis in Canton, OH?
Adults aged 21+ can legally purchase 2.5 ounces of cannabis flower or 15 grams of cannabis extract per transaction under Ohio’s recreational marijuana laws. Medical patients registered with the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program (OMMCP) may possess up to a 90-day supply, with specific daily limits (e.g., 2.83 grams of flower or 110mg THC in pills/tinctures). No need to worry, we’ll ensure you stay within these legal limits during your Akron dispensary shopping.
How much is the cannabis tax at a Canton dispensary?
Recreational marijuana purchases in Canton are subject to:
- 10% excise tax
- 5.75% state sales tax
- Local sales tax results in a total tax rate of 15.75%–18%, depending on local rates.
Medical marijuana purchases are exempt from the 10% excise tax but still incur standard sales taxes.

Product Return Policy
All customers and patients are encouraged to contact the [email protected] email regarding return inquiries for the fastest service. However, guests are welcome to return to the store where they originally completed their purchase to process the return in person if it meets any of the following criteria.
- Guests must be able to provide the original product label, dispensary receipt, and purchased item itself to be eligible for a return
- Purchase must have been within the last 30 days
- Mandatory or Voluntary recall
- If a product does not match the item on its purchase receipt, it is considered “defective” under the DCC.
- Product was mislabeled by a cultivator or processor
Allowable Accessory Returns
- Defective devices priced $20 and under can be exchanged for a new device (the same device). EX: AVD Seed, Silo, Luster, Airo battery
- We cannot exchange defective devices over $20. Guests must contact the manufacturer for a return/refund.
